Dispute system

The garters

League divisions
The first division consists of a maximum of 15 teams.
At the start of each season, the top 15 teams with the most accumulated fan points up to that point will enter the first division.
The next 15 teams will enter the second division and so on according to the number of participating teams.
Ascend and descend
The first two places in the second division are promoted directly to the first division, replacing the last two teams in the first division.
